In most cases, Access can be out to a job within 24 hours, and the report will be written on site. Our inspectors answer their own calls, so there are no hassles, no playing phone tag and no missed appointments. We also eaccept Visa and Mastercard for your convenience.

Access Home Inspections exceeds both ASHI and NACHI standards. ASHI represents the minimum standards adopted by the State of Arizona, and most inspectors licensed by the state adhere to those minimum standards. For example, ASHI requires only that an inspector check a representative number of windows and doors in a home. At Access, we inspect all unobstructed doors and windows. Similarly, we inspect all switches and electrical outlets, not just the sample number required by the ASHI standards. Where ASHI does not require going into overheated attics, we always go into accessible atics, even in the hot Arizona summers! Make sure you hire an inspector that is this thorough.

Reports by Access are always easy-to-read with a clear summary page for any problem areas. Digital photos are integrated into the report exactly where the problem is addressed, so there is minimal need to flip between pages. In most cases, the report is produced and delivered on-site, so there is no need to wait. However, if you or your clients prefer the convenience of having the report available on the Internet, Access posts every report for 30 days from the date of the inspection. We suggest that you keep the hard copy because the report contains all of the information relevant to your home in one document. This makes it easy to refer back to the report for serial numbers and other valuable information. We invite you to take a closer look at our reports.
